LINVIO supplies and pays for bed linen and towels, saving the owner the initial purchase cost.
Cleaning and apartment preparation: €90 per stay. This fee is always paid by the guest on top of the accommodation price; neither the owner nor LINVIO Property pays it. It covers cleaning, laundry and linen/towel changes. LINVIO supplies and pays for bed linen and towels. Major repairs and external work are approved and billed separately.
